WS8401DLS is developed using ASR6601, the first domestic SoC chip supporting LoRa LPWAN wireless communication protocol launched by ASR. It supports 433/470 frequency bands and has a maximum transmission power of 22dBm.
ASR6601 integrates a general-purpose microcontroller and RF unit on a single chip, including an RF transceiver, a modem and a 32-bit MCU with a 48 MHz main frequency and Arm Cortex M4 architecture, with a Flash capacity of 128kB and an SRAM capacity of 16kB. It has a small size and ultra-low power consumption. It supports up to 62.5Kbps airspeed under LoRa modulation and up to 300Kbps airspeed under (G)FSK modulation. It supports multiple protocol standards such as LoRaWAN and LinkWAN, and is suitable for a variety of IoT application scenarios. It is the best choice for domestic chips for LPWAN applications.
WS8401DLS is a pure hardware SoC module and cannot be used independently. Users need to carry out secondary development.
