WS8615P adopts NORDIC nRF52820 chip solution. nRF52820 is an ultra-low-power Bluetooth 5.2 chip system (SoC) with built-in USB, supporting low-power Bluetooth, Bluetooth mesh, thread and Zigbee; nRF52820 provides a low-end option with built-in USB and a full-featured 2.4 GHz multi-protocol radio, with all advanced low-power Bluetooth features, including long-range, high-speed 2Mbps and direction finding; nRF52820 has a 64 MHz Arm®Cortex®-M4 processor, 256 kB falsh and 32 kB RAM. A wide range of analog and digital interfaces are integrated, such as analog comparators, SPI, UART, TWI, QDEC and USB. The power supply voltage is 1.7 V ~ 5.5 V, supporting rechargeable battery power or USB interface power supply. It can operate in an extended temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
WS8615P leads all on-chip IOs to facilitate customer applications and comes with a shield.
