WS8401FHS is developed using ASR's first domestically produced SoC chip ASR6601 that supports LoRa LPWAN wireless communication protocol. It supports the 868/915 frequency band and has a maximum transmission power of 30dBm.
ASR6601 integrates a general-purpose microcontroller and RF unit on a single chip, including RF transceiver, modem, and a 32-bit MCU with a 48 MHz clock frequency and Arm Cortex M4 architecture, Flash capacity of 128kB, SRAM capacity of 16kB, small size, ultra-low power consumption, supports up to 62.5Kbps airspeed under LoRa modulation, up to 300Kbps airspeed under (G) FSK modulation, supports multiple protocol standards such as LoRaWAN and LinkWAN, suitable for various IoT application scenarios, and is currently the best choice for domestic LPWAN chips.
WS8401FHS is a pure hardware SoC module and cannot be used independently. Users need to conduct secondary development. Our company supports customized standard LoRaWan and Alibaba linkWan nodes.
