The
WS8401FLS is developed based on the ASR6601, the first domestically
produced SoC chip from ASR Corporation that supports the LoRa LPWAN
wireless communication protocol. It supports the 868/915 MHz frequency
bands with a maximum transmit power of 22 dBm.
The ASR6601
integrates a general-purpose microcontroller and a radio frequency unit
on a single chip, including an RF transceiver, modem, and a 32-bit MCU
with an Arm Cortex M4 architecture running at 48 MHz. It features 128 kB
of Flash memory and 16 kB of SRAM, boasting a compact size and
ultra-low power consumption. The chip supports an air speed of up to
62.5 Kbps under LoRa modulation and up to 300 Kbps under (G)FSK
modulation. It is compatible with multiple protocol standards such as
LoRaWAN and LinkWAN, making it suitable for a variety of Internet of
Things (IoT) application scenarios. Currently, it stands as the optimal
choice for domestic chips in LPWAN applications.
The WS8401FLS is a
pure hardware SoC module and cannot be used independently; users are
required to perform secondary development. (Our company supports
customization of standard LoRaWAN and Ali LinkWAN nodes).
The measured communication distance is up to 6km
Working frequency 850M-930MHz (customization supported)
The first domestic general LPWAN wireless SoC developed based on ASR6601CB
Rich MCU resources and GPIOs can easily meet various applications: 3xI2C, 1xICS, 4xUART, 1xLPUART, 3xSPI, 1xQSPI and 2xWDG
Support LoRaWAN, LinkWAN multiple protocol standards
Support maximum 158mW (about 22dBm) transmission power
Support deep sleep, the power consumption of the whole machine is about 2uA in this mode
Support AES, DES, RSA, ECC, SHA, SM2/3/4 hardware encryption
Adopt ultra-small volume 14x20x3mm design, which is convenient for users to develop secondary and facilitate integration
Adopt wide voltage working range: 1.7V~3.7V Support various battery application scenarios
Adopt industrial standard design, support -40℃~85℃ long-term use
