WS8612X is based on the telink TLSR8250 built-in FLASH Bluetooth LE SoC chip solution. TLSR8250 combines radio frequency (RF), digital processing, protocol stack software and low-power Bluetooth into a single SoC. The embedded 512kB FLASH of TLSR8250 supports dynamic stacks and profiles, and product functions can be configured through software, which improves the flexibility of product development.
WS8612X also supports hardware OTA upgrades and multi-boot switching, which facilitates product upgrades, integrates hardware acceleration, and supports complex security operations required by Bluetooth 4.2 and above standards without the need for an external DSP. It also has rich peripheral resources, such as: LEDs, sensors, touch sensors, keyboards, and motors.
