LoRa SOC hardware module--WS8404DLS

WS8404DLS is a LoRa wireless transceiver SoC module designed and produced by Chengdu Wusheng Xuntong Technology Co., Ltd. that supports multiple frequency bands. It supports 433/470 frequency bands and has a maximum transmission power of 22dBm.

WS8404DLS is developed using the STM32WLE5 launched by ST. STM32WLE5 integrates STMicroelectronics' STM32L4 ultra-low power microcontroller technology and Semtech's sub-GHz RF IP core optimized to meet the requirements of radio equipment regulations around the world. It has the characteristics of low power consumption and small size.

WS8404DLS is a pure hardware SoC module and cannot be used independently. Users need to carry out secondary development. (Our company supports customized standard LoRaWan and Ali linkWan nodes)

  • Based on STM32WLE5CCU6, with rich resources of Flash 256 Kb and SRAM 64-K

  • Rich module GPIO resources are rich, supporting: 3xI2C, 2xUSART, 1xLPUART, 2xSPI (1xI2S) and 2xWDG

  • Support deep sleep, the power consumption of the whole machine is about 2uA in this mode

  • Support AES256-bit hardware encryption

  • Adopt wide voltage working range: 1.8V~3.6V Support various battery application scenarios

  • Adopt industrial standard design, support -40℃~85℃ long-term use

  • Adopt ultra-small volume 14x20x3mm design, convenient for user secondary development and integration
