WS8404DHS is a LoRa wireless transceiver SoC module designed and produced by Silent-Smart, which supports multiple frequency bands. It supports 868/915 frequency bands and has a maximum transmission power of 22dBm.
WS8404DHS uses the STM32WLE5 SoC chip launched by ST. The STM32WLE5 long-range wireless and ultra-low power device embeds a powerful radio solution that meets the ultra-low power LPWAN standard and supports the following modulations: LoRa®, (G)FSK, (G)MSK and BPSK. Based on the high-performance Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core, the operating frequency is up to 48 MHz.
WS8404DHS is a hardware SoC module and cannot be used independently. Users need to carry out secondary development (our company can customize standard LoRaWan and Ali linkWan nodes).
The measured communication distance can reach 10km
Supports the license-free ISM 433MHz frequency band and the 470MHz meter reading frequency band
Adopts LoRa spread spectrum technology, with strong anti-interference performance and long communication distance
Supports modulation: LoRa®, (G)FSK, (G)MSK and BPSK
Compatible with standardized or proprietary protocols: LoRaWAN®, Sigfox™, W-MBus
Rich GPIO resources: 3*I2C, 2*UART, 1*LPUART, 2*SPI(1*I2S) and 2*WDG
Adopts LoRa modulation with a sensitivity of up to -148dBm
Supports airspeed up to 62.5kbps under LoRa modulation and up to 300kbps under (G)FSK modulation
Maximum transmission power 30dBm (1W)
Supports deep sleep, the power consumption of the whole machine is about 2uA in this mode
Industrial-grade standard design, supports long-term use at -40℃~85
Wide voltage operating range: 4.5V~5.5V
