WS8406DHS is a LoRa wireless transceiver SoC module designed and produced by Silent-Smart which supports multiple frequency bands. It has the characteristics of long communication distance, extremely low low-power mode current, supports 433/470 frequency bands, and has a maximum transmission power of 30dBm.
WS8406DHS is the first domestic SoC chip launched by ASR that supports LoRa's LPWAN wireless communication protocol. ASR6601 integrates a general-purpose microcontroller and RF unit on a single chip, including RF transceiver, modem and a 32-bit MCU with a 48 MHz main frequency and Arm Cortex M4 architecture, with a Flash capacity of 128kB and an SRAM capacity of 16kB. It supports LoRaWAN and LinkWAN multiple protocol standards and is suitable for a variety of IoT application scenarios. It is currently the best choice for domestic chips for LPWAN applications.
WS8406DHS is a hardware SoC module and cannot be used independently. Users need to carry out secondary development (our company can customize standard LoRaWan and Ali linkWan nodes).
The measured communication distance can reach 10km
Supports the license-free ISM 433MHz frequency band and the 470MHz meter reading frequency band
Adopts LoRa spread spectrum technology, with strong anti-interference performance and long communication distance
The first domestic general LPWAN wireless SoC based on ASR6601SE
Supports LoRaWAN, LinkWAN and other protocol standards
Adopts LoRa modulation mode ASR6601SE with a sensitivity of up to -148dBm and a maximum transmission power of 30dBm
Supports airspeeds up to 62.5kbps under LoRa modulation and up to 300kbps under (G)FSK modulation
Supports deep sleep, the power consumption of the whole machine is about 2uA in this mode
Industrial standard design, supports long-term use at -40℃~85℃
Wide voltage operating range: 4.5V~5.5V
