The WS8507 is a 2.4GHz SOC module based on the Silicon Labs EFR32MG21A020F1024IM32-B chip.This module features a built-in 32-bit ARM® Cortex® - M33 core and supports 1024kB FLASH and 96kB RAM.
The WS8507 supports ZigBee,OpenThread,Bluetooth 5.1 and Bluetooth . Mesh and multi - protocol (ZigBee + Bluetooth 5.1 ) support with a maximum transmit power of 20dBm; compact design with a package size compatible with Silicon. The Labs MGM 210 P is easy for users to integrate and develop, and can be widely used in various wireless communication fields of the Internet of Things.
