The WS8506 is a 2.4GHz SOC module based on the Silicon Labs EFR32MG21A020F1024IM32-B chip. This module features a built-in 32-bit ARM® Cortex® - M33 core and supports 1024kB FLASH and 96kB RAM.
The WS8506 supports BLE 5.0, ZigBee , and Thread protocols, with a maximum transmit power of 20dBm; its compact design and Digi-compatible package size make it suitable for use with Digi-5.0. XBee 3 is easy for users to integrate and develop, and can be widely used in various wireless communication fields of the IoT.
